XML Upload Function and Template
The XML upload function to auto-populate the SPRS online
form is now available. You may download the XML template at this link
(description here) and XSD schema at this link.
To upload XML file
In the “Make
a New Submission” page,
click ‘Upload XML’ to select a valid XML file, and click ‘Populate to Form’ to
populate the XML data to the online form.
System Update: 2FA Implementation for Non-Singpass Users
Effective 13th October 2024, non-Singpass users logging into the SPRS Portal will be required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA).
In addition to your USER ID and password, an SMS OTP will be needed for login.
Once logged in, the following functionalities can be accessed without requiring additional SMS OTP:
- Manage delegation
- My profile
- Change password
- Deactivate account
This update enhances security and improves ease of access to the portal.
17 Nov 2023 Announcement - Notice of Scheduled System Downtime and URL Change
SPRS will be undergoing scheduled maintenance and migration, rendering it unavailable from 8:00am on November 25, 2023 (Saturday) until 6:00pm on November 26, 2023 (Sunday).
During this period, access to SPRS will not be possible.
With effect from 6:00pm on November 26, 2023, the URL for SPRS will be changed from https://eservices.mas.gov.sg/sprs to https://sprs.mas.gov.sg. You will be automatically redirected to this new URL when attempting to access the page. To ensure uninterrupted service, please bookmark the new SPRS URL for future use.

8 June 2022 Announcement
In light of the recent SMS phishing scams, MAS has standardised various SenderIDs currently used by us. With immediate effect, all SMSes from MAS will use MAS as the SenderID. Please note that MAS does not include clickable links in our SMSes.
If you receive SMSes purportedly from MAS bearing any other SenderID or containing any clickable link, please contact us at webmaster@mas.gov.sg.
